Ginny
Business Owner
Reflexology, Indian Head &
Reiki Master
Ginny’s got 25+ years under her belt in health & wellbeing, making her a true expert in the field.

Background
Ginny's journey into reflexology began unexpectedly after the sudden loss of her father in 2000. A chance encounter with an oven cleaner introduced her to the healing power of reflexology, and she’s been hooked ever since.

Specialties
Ginny works her magic on feet, hands, face, and ears through reflexology, including hot stone treatments. She’s also skilled in Indian Head Massage, Ear Seeds, and is a Reiki Master Teacher. She is recognised by health insurance policies that include reflexology. Ginny’s DBS-checked, so she can safely work with kids too.

What Drives Her
Ginny is passionate about helping people improve their wellbeing through personalized treatments and loves teaching the next wave of reflexologists to keep the industry’s standards high.

Lisa
Nutrition & Reflexology

Simon
Humanistic Integrative Counsellor
Lisa first discovered reflexology in her twenties and was instantly fascinated by the way it supports health and wellbeing. With many years of experience as a nutritional therapist, she always dreamed of adding reflexology to her practice - both to enhance her family’s health and to offer another complementary therapy to her clients.
She now welcomes clients into her private practice and also volunteers at The Pickering Cancer Drop-In Centre in Tunbridge Wells, where she feels privileged to offer reflexology treatments that bring comfort and support to people affected by cancer.
In her spare time Lisa loves yoga, wild swimming, relaxing beach holidays (where she has time to read books!) and city breaks with her husband and 2 children.
Lisa’s website is lisafossey.com and her booking link is https://calendly.com/lisa-fossey-reflexology/olive-sanctuary
Lisa is at The Olive Sanctuary on Tuesdays between 12-4pm.

I offer a safe, confidential space to talk about whatever’s on your mind. Together, we’ll explore your concerns in a supportive, empathetic environment. Taking that first step to talk can be a powerful move toward healing.

Before becoming a counsellor, I worked extensively in children’s social care, special education, and school leadership. I have significant experience with trauma, bereavement, abuse survivors, and caregivers.

Indian Head Massage is an extremely effective therapy that has evolved from traditional techniques practiced in India as part of family rituals for over a thousand years.

The aim of Indian Head Massage is to release tension in the muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders. Indian head massage may also help with relieving fatigue, insomnia, headaches, and sinusitis.
