Reiki level I is perfect for complete beginners and open to everyone. This is your grounding level in Reiki Healing where you will learn about self-healing. You will also learn how to give Reiki, in a non-professional capacity, on friends, family and pets.

About the Event
We will cover the background & history of Reiki, the subtle energy systems of the body and how to manage your energy.
The day will also include your attunement to Reiki Level One, Â your manual, personal lineage and certificate.
This is only offered as a one to one or 2 to one.
Reiki Level One, will enable you to self practice and also practice on friends & family only.
