About the Event

Our previous virtual wellbeing session was so successful, we have decided to do it again!

We will be talking about the 5 pillars of wellbeing, giving you some self massage and reflexology tips and finish with a beautiful guided meditation.

We will have handouts available this time so to cover our costs, we will be charging a nominal fee of £5 each.
