Choose from options such as Nourish & Nurture, perfect for aging or dehydrated skin, or Revitalize & Renew, designed for oily or congested skin. Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS AND LATE ARRIVAL INFORMATION Please cancel as soon as possible if a foreseeable event is likely to prevent you from attending, for example, illness or adverse weather conditions. APPOINTMENTS Appointments with all therapists (except Frankie) require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. If you don’t let us know within this time, you may incur the charge for the full appointment. This is because we may not be able to fill your appointment slot and still need to cover costs. APPOINTMENTS WITH FRANKIE All appointments with Frankie are subject to a different cancellation policy. Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice will result in you being liable for 50% charge of the total booking. Cancellations less than 24 hours notice will result in you being liable for 100% of the total booking. *It is at the discretion of Frankie to allow this charge to be carried forward to another appointment.
